The Beach Pebble Pod with Dark Sapphire

. Because its Monday  it's basically the weekend and a bit of dark sparkles to end the week . They say black stones deflect negativity. 

The Beach Pebble  Pod is inspired by a pieces of beach pumice and a washed up pod . The shank of the ring is 1/2 plain and 1/2 textured. With the pod on a slight angle off to one side . This is so it can be worn to one side next to another stone ring.   A 4.5mm round cut brilliant dark blue Australian sapphire of is set down into the pod, like the hidden jewel of a pod ... the seed.  Organic in design and handfinished so each is unique. All four of the pod rings make great stackers against other fine bands. 

Black Sapphire are reputed to bring the wisdom of confidence in one’s own intuition. A grounding stone, one of protection and centering, of both the body and inherent energy forces. It deflects negativity from others,Sapphire, and provides a calm strength in high stress or chaotic situations. Black sapphires are also said to be excellent for dispelling doubt and relieving anxiety and sorrow.

All the pods are inspired by seed pods of trees and plants of New Zealand. 

Cast in sterling silver and mid polished. A small ring but sturdy
