On SALE a seaweed ring with deep purple but transluscent amethyst created in 100% recycled silver. Ethically made and made by hand set with a large cushion flower cut 22 carats . Which sparkles in the light and is of the clearest quality . Quite a beauty with extra facets so extra sparkly .
The seaweed quartz ring was the third ring that I made for sale. The formation of the design was inspired by the seaweed from Maori Bay at Muriwai . Created 12 years ago . I love this design and wear it myself. So I have continuously made this ring in both sterling silver and gold with a variety of natural formed and cut stones.
Amethyst is one of the most famous and prominent crystals because of its beautiful coloration as well as its spiritual and literal meaning. The spiritual meaning of Amethyst is groundedness, tranquility, and calm. The literal meaning of Amethyst is “not intoxicated” – its name translates from the Greek word améthystos.
The sterling silver is a matt textured finished it tarnish more over time but can cleaned and repolished. Even to a bright shiny finish if you wish.
